Shipment Tracking Pro

Shipment Tracking Pro is an add-on to the free plugin. The free plugin does the customer side. Pro is for the people who ship: the orders list, alerts, customer messages, cash on delivery and the numbers.

Every Pro feature has its own switch. Nothing runs until you turn it on.

  • The free Shipment Tracking plugin, version 0.3.0 or newer, active
  • WooCommerce
  • A Pro licence from your Brainrune account
  1. Upload the Pro add-on zip under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and activate it. The free plugin stays installed and active.

  2. Go to Shipments > Licence and paste the key from your Brainrune account. The screen shows “Licensed” once it is active.

  3. Open Shipments > Automation & alerts and switch on the features you want.

One licence covers one site. To move it to another site, use “Change domain” in your Brainrune account. Updates come from brainrune.com and appear in wp-admin like any other plugin update, for as long as the licence runs.

Under Automation & alerts > Orders:

  • Show the parcel status in the orders list adds a Shipment column to WooCommerce > Orders. Parcels from the last 30 days that are not delivered yet are checked in the background every hour, so the list never waits for a courier. On by default.
  • Change the order status along with the parcel status completes delivered orders and marks returned ones. See Order statuses.

Under Automation & alerts > Alerts:

  • Message me at once when a delivery is refused, fails or the parcel is returned. Sent the moment the courier reports it, with the customer name and phone number, so you can call before the parcel goes back.
  • Send a daily list of parcels to check. One message a day. If there is nothing to report, nothing is sent.
  • Send it at (hour, 0 to 23): in the site’s time zone. Default 9.
  • Stuck after this many days without a scan: default 3.
  • Waiting in a locker for more than (days): default 2.

The daily list groups parcels under: no courier scan for more than N days, waiting in a locker or pickup point for more than N days, delivery problems, returned in the last 24 hours and, with cash on delivery on, unpaid amounts. Use Send it now to see today’s list.

Alerts go to the channels under Automation & alerts > Notifications:

  • Email address: one or more addresses, separated by commas. Leave empty to use only Telegram.
  • Telegram bot token: in Telegram, talk to @BotFather, send /newbot and copy the token.
  • Telegram chat ID: add the bot to your group or channel and send it a message. Then open api.telegram.org/bot<token>/getUpdates. The chat ID is the number after "chat":{"id". Channel and group IDs start with -100.

Save, then click Send a test.

Under Automation & alerts > Customer messages, turn on Message customers when their parcel moves. The customer gets an email or an SMS at the steps you choose, each with its own text:

  • Picked up by the courier
  • Arriving today
  • Delivered in a locker or pickup point
  • Delivered
  • Delivery problem

Only parcels that move after you switch this on get messages, so old orders get nothing. Each message adds an order note.

Choose an SMS provider: No SMS, SendSMS.ro or Twilio. SMS goes out through your own account with the provider, and you pay them per message.

Provider Fields
SendSMS.ro SendSMS username, SendSMS API key (in the SendSMS dashboard, under API, not the account password), SendSMS sender name (only a name approved in your account, empty for the default number)
Twilio Twilio Account SID and Twilio Auth token (on the Twilio console home page), Twilio phone number (a number bought in Twilio, with the country code)

Under Automation & alerts > Review requests, turn on Ask for a review after delivery. One message per order, a few days after the courier reports it delivered. It is not sent for orders refunded or cancelled in the meantime.

  • Days after delivery: default 3.
  • Where the review link goes: The page of the first product in the order, or A link I give (Google, Trustpilot…). For Google, copy the link from your Business Profile under Ask for reviews and paste it in Review link.
  • Show the products in the email: a photo and the name of up to three products from the order, linked to their pages.

Under Automation & alerts > Cash on delivery, turn on Follow cash on delivery:

  • Payment methods that are cash on delivery: usually only “Cash on delivery”.
  • The courier should pay within (days): default 7. Older unpaid amounts are listed and included in the daily alert.

An order paid on delivery counts as collected when the parcel is delivered, and as paid when the courier transfers the money to you. Sameday reports the transfer in its tracking. For other couriers, import their payout report as a CSV on the Cash on delivery screen. That screen shows the last 120 days: collected, paid back, still owed, and parcels returned and never collected.

Shipments > Email template builds the Order shipped email from blocks: Logo, Heading, Text, Tracking box, Button, Order summary, Divider, Space and Small print.

  • Drag blocks to reorder them, or use Move up and Move down.
  • The Button can open Our tracking page, The courier website or The order in My account.
  • The Logo uses the site icon unless you choose an image.
  • The preview uses your newest order with a tracking number. You can send a test to yourself.

Shipments > Statistics shows delivery time and returns per courier and per region, from the parcels the plugin has followed. Choose the last 30, 90 or 365 days. Orders shipped abroad also show the country.

Shipments > Import AWBs adds tracking numbers to many orders at once from a CSV file.

  1. Prepare a CSV with an order number and an AWB on each row. A courier column is optional. Headers such as order, order number or reference and awb, tracking or tracking number are recognised. Without headers, the first column is the order and the second the AWB.

  2. Drop the file on the screen. If there is no courier column, choose the courier for all rows.

  3. Check the preview. Each row says “Will be added”, “Already on the order”, “Order not found” or “No AWB in this row”. Nothing is written yet.

  4. Click Import. Each imported number adds an order note.

Turn on Offer the shipment abilities to AI assistants under Automation & alerts. Pro registers five abilities in the WordPress Abilities API:

  • Get order shipments
  • Track a number
  • Add a tracking number
  • List shipments (optionally only parcels that are not delivered, returned or cancelled)
  • List couriers

MCP clients reach them through the MCP Adapter plugin, or any MCP server that reads abilities. Each request runs as the WordPress user the assistant logs in with, so it can only do what that user may do. The MCP Control screen has copy-paste setup for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor and Claude Desktop.
