Can I keep the descriptions I wrote?
Section titled “Can I keep the descriptions I wrote?”Yes. Each field has its own switch under Sincronizare. Nume si descriere, Categorii, Brand and Atribute are off by default. Most shops turn on only Stoc and Pret.
Will it change my product images?
Section titled “Will it change my product images?”No. The SmartCash REST API does not deliver images, so images on the site are never touched.
What happens if SmartCash does not answer?
Section titled “What happens if SmartCash does not answer?”The run stops and nothing is written to the site. The stock already on the site stays. The next successful run carries on.
Does it delete products?
Section titled “Does it delete products?”No. Import filters only decide which new articles come in. A product can go to Draft at stock 0 if you turn on Draft instant la stoc 0 or gradual SEO withdrawal, and it comes back with the first stock received.
How is the stock on the site calculated?
Section titled “How is the stock on the site calculated?”It is the sum of the shops you tick under Sursa > Magazine incluse in stoc, minus the Stoc de siguranta you set. Below the Prag „stoc 0” threshold the product counts as out of stock.
How are products matched with SmartCash?
Section titled “How are products matched with SmartCash?”By the SmartCash article ID stored on the product after the first import. A product without it is matched by SKU, which the plugin takes from the article’s PLU code. If the SKU already belongs to another product, the article is skipped, so no duplicate is created.
The sync runs late on my site
Section titled “The sync runs late on my site”You are probably on WP-Cron, which only runs when someone opens a page. Set up a server cron. See External cron.
How do I stop all syncs at once?
Section titled “How do I stop all syncs at once?”Turn off Sincronizare activa under Dashboard > Actiuni rapide. Every scheduled task is removed and manual runs are blocked until you turn it back on.
Is my SmartCash password safe?
Section titled “Is my SmartCash password safe?”It is encrypted when saved and never shown again. The diagnostic report you can copy never contains credentials.
Does it issue invoices or AWBs?
Section titled “Does it issue invoices or AWBs?”No. SmartCash Sync handles stock, prices and products only.
Why is the interface in Romanian?
Section titled “Why is the interface in Romanian?”The plugin is made for the Romanian market, so its interface is in Romanian on purpose. This documentation quotes the Romanian labels so you can find them on screen.
I used MagiStock Pro before
Section titled “I used MagiStock Pro before”SmartCash Sync is its new name. On activation it offers to migrate your data with Migreaza datele acum, so products already imported are not imported again. See Install and connect.
