Pixel Tracking Pro
Pro is a separate plugin, Brainrune Pixel Tracking Pro, that adds to the free Pixel Tracking. The free plugin keeps working on its own and is never locked. One Pixel Tracking Pro licence also turns on Cookie Consent Pro in Cookie Consent, on the same sites.
In the admin, everything Pro adds carries a PRO mark.
Install Pro
Section titled “Install Pro”-
Install and activate the free Brainrune Pixel Tracking, version 1.9.0 or newer.
-
Download Brainrune Pixel Tracking Pro from your brainrune.com account and upload it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Activate it.
-
Open the Licence tab on the Pixel Tracking screen. Paste your Licence key and click Activate.
-
The tab shows the Status, Valid until, the Features and Updates. Use Re-check now after you renew, or Deactivate this site to move the licence to another site.
Updates for Pro come through wp-admin while the licence runs. Each update is signed, and the plugin refuses a package that is not.

Server events for five more platforms
Section titled “Server events for five more platforms”Pro adds a server road for:
- TikTok: Events API, with an Access token and a Test event code.
- GA4: Measurement Protocol, with an API secret and Purchase transport. GA4 has no deduplication, so the purchase goes Browser gtag or Server, Measurement Protocol, never both.
- Pinterest: Conversions API, with an Access token and the ad account ID.
- Snapchat and Reddit: Conversions API, with an Access token.
Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit also have a Test mode: the platform checks the payload without counting it. Turn it off before going live.
The fields sit in the Server side panel of each platform card. They use the same queue, retries and log as Meta, and are deduplicated with the browser. On the Server tab, TikTok, first-party requests per minute per visitor (10 to 300, default 60) limits the endpoint TikTok’s funnel events go through.
The rest of the funnel
Section titled “The rest of the funnel”On the WooCommerce tab, the The rest of the funnel panel adds six events:
| Switch | Meta | GA4 | TikTok |
|---|---|---|---|
| ViewCategory / view_item_list: a category, a tag, the shop or a search result | ViewCategory (custom) |
view_item_list |
|
| select_item: a click on a product in a listing | select_item |
||
| RemoveFromCart / remove_from_cart: a line removed from the cart or the mini-cart | RemoveFromCart (custom) |
remove_from_cart |
|
| ViewCart / view_cart: the cart page | ViewCart (custom) |
view_cart |
|
| AddShippingInfo / add_shipping_info: the shipping method chosen at checkout | AddShippingInfo (custom) |
add_shipping_info |
|
| AddPaymentInfo / add_payment_info: the payment method chosen at checkout | AddPaymentInfo |
add_payment_info |
AddPaymentInfo |
“Custom” means Meta receives it as a custom event: it builds audiences, but it does not feed Meta’s optimisation like a standard event.
Customer value and cohorts
Section titled “Customer value and cohorts”Also on the WooCommerce tab, the Customer value and cohorts panel:
- Attach lifetime value to the purchase: adds the total spent so far, the number of orders and the average order to the purchase event.
- Send a cohort event alongside the purchase: first time buyer, returning customer, frequent shopper, VIP and big spender, so you can build audiences on them.
- Statuses that count towards lifetime value: Processing, Completed, On hold, Refunded.
- The thresholds: Orders that make a frequent shopper (2), Orders that make a VIP (3), Average order a VIP must reach (200), Lifetime value of a big spender (500).
Additional tags
Section titled “Additional tags”Each platform card gets an Additional tags panel: a second ID with its own conditions. Use it for another pixel on a wholesale section, a language, or a landing page. All tags show read only on the Dashboard under All tags, with an Edit tags button.
Additional tags work for Meta, TikTok, GA4, Google Ads and Tag Manager. Each row has:
- Platform and ID tag. For Google Ads also a Conversion label (Google Ads purchase only).
- Events: Everything, Ecommerce, PageView, Purchase or Custom Events. Pick the narrowest scope that fits.
- Logic: Load when it matches or Skip when it matches.
- Condition and Condition value. Conditions: Entire site, Front page, Posts index, Any single page, Any archive, Search results, All WooCommerce pages, Shop page, Any product, Product category, Cart, Checkout, Post type, Post or page ID, Taxonomy and term, URL contains, WPML language, AMP request.
- Advanced group logic (AND or OR) and Multiple conditions, as JSON, up to ten conditions. A non-empty list replaces the quick condition.
- WPML languages: language codes separated by commas. Empty means every language.
- A server switch with its own secret, for server-side delivery to this ID. Meta and TikTok honour the funnel, custom and purchase scopes; GA4 stays purchase only. Test Event Code (Meta / TikTok) for testing.
Custom events
Section titled “Custom events”On the Events tab, Pro adds your own events. Each one has:
- Custom Event switch, Internal title (for example “WhatsApp click, header”) and Technical event name (lowercase with underscores, such as
whatsapp_click). - Trigger: Page visit, Timer, Click URL, Click on a CSS selector, Hover over a CSS selector, Any form submit, the success of a form plugin, Video start, Video progress, Video complete, Copy from an element, Scroll percentage.
- Trigger value: a form ID, CSS selector, seconds, URL or percentage, depending on the trigger. Video progress threshold from 1 to 100.
- Page filter: a URL fragment. Empty means every page.
- Frequency: Once per page or Every time it fires. Delay after the trigger: 0 to 3600 seconds.
- Value and Currency, optional. The server sends this value, never one reported by the browser, capped by Highest value a custom event may carry on the Server tab.
- Google Ads label, required only when sending to Google Ads.
- Destinations: where the event goes.
The Dedicated triggers panel shows the form and video integrations and whether each is active on your site:
- Form success: Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Elementor, Forminator, Ninja Forms, Formidable, WS Form.
- Video: HTML5 video, YouTube, Vimeo.
Form triggers fire on the plugin’s confirmation, not on the submit. A custom event never reads a password, card or hidden field, nor anything inside a login, checkout or payment form.
Attribution: the sources report
Section titled “Attribution: the sources report”Pro adds an Attribution tab, “Where the orders came from, and the offline export.”
The report groups orders by Source, Medium, Campaign or Landing page, over 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. For each row it shows Orders, Revenue, Average and First visit (orders placed without coming back). Totals at the top: Orders, Revenue, Average order and On a first visit.
Attribution is recorded from the first order placed after the plugin was enabled. It needs Record where visitors came from on (WooCommerce tab).
Offline export
Section titled “Offline export”Below the report, Offline export downloads your orders as a CSV for the ad platforms:
- Format: Meta offline conversions, Google Ads click conversions, Google Ads enhanced conversions for leads, or Everything, one row per order.
- How far back (days): 1 to 730, default 30.
- Order statuses: Processing, Completed, On hold, Refunded.
Click Download CSV. Email addresses and phone numbers leave hashed, in the format each platform expects. Only orders with recorded consent are exported. The file streams straight to your browser and no copy is kept on the server.
Order diagnostics
Section titled “Order diagnostics”Each WooCommerce order gets a Brainrune Pixel Tracking box: which platforms received the purchase, by which road, and what the buyer had agreed to.
If the licence runs out
Section titled “If the licence runs out”The Pixel Tracking Pro features stop until the licence is back, and a notice on the Pixel Tracking screens links to the Licence tab. The site administrator also gets one email when the licence goes off. The free plugin keeps working as before.
Your Pro settings stay saved, even if you save the free screens while Pro is off, so nothing is lost when you renew.
