Rank tracking

A tracker is a standing question: where does this site rank for these keywords, in this market. Each check runs one live Google search per keyword and looks through the top 100 results. Subdomains count as the site.

Open Rank tracking from the sidebar.

  1. Click New tracker.

  2. Fill in:

    • Name: any name you will recognise.
    • Domain: the site to track, such as yourdomain.com.
    • Country and Language: the market to check.
    • Keywords, one per line: up to 500 at a time.
  3. Choose how often it is Checked: daily, weekly (the default), monthly or only when I press Run.

  4. Read the cost line under the form, for example “20 keywords · 10 credits per check · 40 a month at weekly”. Then click Create.

One credit covers two keywords per check, rounded up. A tracker with 15 keywords costs 8 credits per check.

Checked Checks a month
daily 30
weekly 4
monthly 1
only when I press Run Only the ones you run

Reading a tracker is free. Checks always fetch fresh results, never cached ones. Keywords that fail to come back are refunded, so an outage at the data provider costs nothing.

Each tracker shows Tracker, Market, Keywords, Top 10 (how many keywords rank in the top 10) and Last run. Under Actions you can change how often it is checked, run it now and delete it. The run button shows its price, for example “8 cr”.

Open a tracker to see each keyword:

Column Shows
Keyword The keyword
Rank The site’s position, or “not in the results” if it is not in the top 100
Move The change since the last check: green “+n” when it climbed, red when it dropped, “-” when there is nothing to compare
URL The page of the site that ranks
Checked When the keyword was last checked

Use Add keywords, comma separated and Add to add more, or Remove all to clear the list.

Scheduled trackers run on their own when they are due. If your credits run out, the check is put off by 24 hours and tried again. Top up credits to keep it going.

A new account shows a sample tracker with two weeks of fixed figures. It stays until you create your own. It cannot be run, edited or deleted.
