Shipment Tracking
Shipment Tracking shows your customers where their parcel is right now. The status comes straight from the courier’s API, with your own courier account. Nothing goes through a third-party tracking service and there is no fee per parcel.
A customer opens your tracking page, types their email and order number, and sees a status such as “Generated”, “In transit”, “Arriving today” or “Delivered”. The same status appears in a box inside your order emails and on the order screen in wp-admin.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”The plugin comes in two parts:
- Shipment Tracking (free) is on WordPress.org. It covers everything the customer sees: the tracking page, the tracking box in emails, the “Order shipped” email and all the couriers.
- Shipment Tracking Pro is a separate add-on from brainrune.com. It is for the people who ship: the orders list, alerts, customer messages, cash on delivery and statistics. It needs the free plugin, version 0.3.0 or newer.

Where tracking numbers come from
Section titled “Where tracking numbers come from”The plugin reads tracking numbers (AWBs) from the order. A number gets there in one of these ways:
- You type it in the Shipment tracking box on the order screen.
- The Sameday or Cargus WooCommerce plugin writes it on the order.
- Advanced Shipment Tracking writes it on the order.
- With Pro, you import many at once from a CSV file.
Languages
Section titled “Languages”The plugin speaks English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Czech and Croatian. You choose the language in the setup wizard. It applies to the plugin’s admin screens, the tracking page and the emails it adds. The rest of WordPress keeps its own language.
