Couriers
Each courier is switched on with the account the courier gave you, so the status matches what you see in its own dashboard. Couriers you do not switch on are never contacted.
You manage couriers under Shipments > All couriers. Each courier screen has an Account panel with a Use this courier switch, the credential fields and a short note on where to find them. Saved passwords and keys are not shown again: the field says “Saved. Leave empty to keep it.”

Which couriers you see first
Section titled “Which couriers you see first”The setup wizard asks for the country you ship from and lists only the couriers that pick up there, plus the worldwide ones. Shipments > All couriers shows every courier, grouped by Romania, Europe and Worldwide, with a state next to each one: “Connected”, “Needs setup” or “Off”.
Tracking number format
Section titled “Tracking number format”You do not need to format tracking numbers in a special way:
- Spaces are removed and letters are turned to upper case before the courier is asked.
- GLS parcel numbers contain digits only. Anything else is rejected with “GLS parcel numbers contain digits only.”
- For Packeta, a leading
Zis removed.
Link-only couriers
Section titled “Link-only couriers”Posta Romana and “Other courier” have no tracking API the plugin can use. For these, the tracking page shows the order’s own state and a link to the courier’s tracking page. The Posta Romana page cannot take the number in the link, so the customer sees a note to copy the tracking number and paste it there.
What is sent to the courier
Section titled “What is sent to the courier”When a courier is switched on, the plugin sends the tracking number and your account credentials for that courier to the courier’s own API. This only happens when a status is requested: on the tracking page, the order screen, the email link or Test connection. For Bring, the plugin also sends your shop address, as Bring asks for it.
