Diagnostics

The Diagnostic tab shows how the plugin works, the state of the server and the log. Open it from SmartCash Sync > Diagnostic.

Cum functioneaza (how it works)

The five stages of a sync run, each with its real state on your site:

1. Se stabileste ce se aduce: what is brought in. In Preferential mode, only the codes in the list. In Total mode, the catalogue that passes the import filters.
2. SmartCash livreaza paginat: SmartCash delivers in pages. Articles come in pages of 5,000, stock in pages of 10,000. This stage also shows the last connection test: conexiune ok, conexiune esuata or conexiune netestata.
3. Se scrie doar ce ai bifat: only the fields you switched on are written.
4. Primirea se confirma: each set is confirmed as received, so the next run only brings what changed. Shows when the last run happened.
5. Ceva trebuie sa trezeasca workerul: something has to start the worker, WP-Cron, WP-CLI or a cPanel cron. It shows which one you use, or sincronizare pe pauza when sync is paused.

Pornire directa (direct start)

Ready-made lines with your key already in them:

• wp-config.php, opreste WP-Cron intern: the line that turns off the internal WP-Cron.
• Cron cPanel, stoc (job separat): the stock cron line.
• Cron cPanel, produse (job separat): the products cron line.

Each line is pasted whole into the Command field in cPanel. Regenereaza cheia makes a new key. The old cron addresses stop working, so update them in cPanel after. See External cron.

Jurnal (log)

The latest events from the WooCommerce log (files named brl-scs-*.log).

• Copiaza raport de diagnostic: copies a report with versions, your configuration without any credentials, and the latest errors. Send this when you ask for help.
• Deschide in WooCommerce → Loguri: opens the full log under WooCommerce.
• Goleste: empties the log. Old events are lost.

For more detail in the log, turn on Jurnal detaliat under Sincronizare, and turn it off when you are done.

Verificare server and Recomandari hosting

The same server check as the guided setup, with the real state of each item: PHP version, memory limit, extensions, max_execution_time, cron, object cache and OPcache. Recomandari hosting says what to change. On shared hosting these settings are usually requested through a support ticket.

Recheck stoc 0

Checks again in SmartCash the products reported at stock 0. You see the result before any correction is written.

1. Click Verifica acum.

2. Read the preview: how many products were checked and how many differ.

3. Confirm to correct them. The Dashboard then shows the result, for example “3 corectate”.

The same recheck also runs automatically once a week.

Common messages

Message	What to do
“Sincronizarea e pe pauza. Reactiveaz-o din Actiuni rapide.”	Turn Sincronizare activa back on in the Dashboard.
“Asteapta 60 de secunde intre sincronizarile manuale.”	Wait a minute before the next manual run.
“O sincronizare de stoc este deja in curs.”	A stock sync is already running. Wait for it to finish.
“Serverul a raspuns cu HTTP …”	The SmartCash server answered with an error. Test the connection under Sursa.
“Produsul nu are ID Magister.”	The product is not linked to a SmartCash article yet. Run a products sync first.
“Produsul este exclus sau are stoc manual exclusiv.”	The product has Exclude din Magister or Stock Manual Exclusiv set.

Note

If SmartCash does not answer, the run stops and nothing is written to the site. The stock already on the site stays as it is.
