The Sursa (Source) tab holds everything about where the data comes from: the server, the shops and the products brought from SmartCash. Open it from SmartCash Sync > Sursa.

The tab is laid out as four steps in order: the connection, the shops, the mode, then the list of codes. Each step stays locked until the one before it is done. Without a connection there is nowhere to get the shops from, and without shops the stock cannot be calculated.

The Conexiune la serverul SmartCash panel has the same fields as the setup: URL server REST, Utilizator API, Parola API, ID aplicatie and Numar magazin. The panel says configurata (set up) or incompleta (incomplete), and Ultima verificare shows the last test. Click Testeaza conexiunea after any change.

The Magazine incluse in stoc panel lists the SmartCash shops, with the columns Nr., Magazin, Localitate and Inclus. The stock sent to the site is the sum of the ticked shops. Unticked shops do not affect product availability.

  1. If the list is empty, click Gaseste magazinele to load it from SmartCash.

  2. Tick Include magazinul for each shop that should count. To change many at once, use Editeaza toate magazinele, then Include toate, Exclude toate or Inverseaza, and Gata.

  3. Save with Salveaza setarile.

To pick up new shops added in SmartCash, use Reincarca lista din SmartCash. The shop list is also refreshed once a day in the background.

Two settings change the number sent to the site:

  • Stoc de siguranta (safety stock): pieces subtracted from the total. The last piece is often on display in the shop. With 1 here, the site no longer sells it.
  • Prag „stoc 0” (stock 0 threshold): below this value the product counts as out of stock.

The same buffer and threshold apply to the regular stock sync, the stock 0 recheck and single product syncs.

Under Mod de sincronizare, choose:

  • Total: the whole SmartCash catalogue is imported, within the import filters under Sincronizare.
  • Preferential: only the codes in the list below are imported and updated.

The plugin asks you to confirm before switching. Switching to Preferential means only products from the code list keep syncing. Switching to Total means the whole catalogue syncs again, by the configured filters.

The fourth panel, Lista de coduri preferentiale, holds the codes used in Preferential mode. See Preferential codes.
