Account

Keywords uses your brainrune.com account. It is the same account you use for plugins, licences and orders in the shop. There is nothing to set up twice.

Create an account

Open keywords.brainrune.com and click Create an account.
Fill in Name, Email and Password (at least 8 characters), then click Create account.
Open the confirmation link sent to your email. Paid reports need a confirmed email. If the email did not arrive, use Send it again in the app.

If you already have a brainrune.com account, skip this and sign in with the same email and password.

On Sign in, use the email and password of your brainrune.com account, or click Sign in with a passkey. Forgot your password? opens the password reset on brainrune.com.

A session lasts 30 days. After 5 failed attempts in 15 minutes, wait a few minutes before trying again.

The Account page

Open Account from the account menu (Settings). It has four parts.

Credits

Your balance, “credits left”, and a list of every lot: packs, launch bonus and adjustments, each with how much is left and when it expires. Pick a pack and pay from here. See Credits.

Links that open brainrune.com already signed in:

Orders and invoices
Account details: name, email, password
Billing address: company and VAT number (CUI)
Support: a person answers

Passkeys

Sign in with your fingerprint, face or a password manager instead of the password. From another computer, scan the QR code with your phone.

Under Passkeys, give it a name if you like, such as “Phone” or “Laptop”.
Click Add passkey and follow your browser’s prompt.

Each passkey shows when it was added and last used.

Sign out

Ends the session on this browser.

MCP and API

With a Pro or Agency pack, you can use Keywords from your own tools. Open MCP & API in the sidebar, under Connect. Without one of those packs, the page shows “On the Pro plan” and a link to the packs.

Create a key

Under Keys, give the key a name after where it will live, for example “Claude Code on the laptop”.
Click Create key. The key is shown once. Copy it, then click I have saved it.

Click Revoke to turn a key off.

MCP server

The MCP server adds six tools to an AI editor or assistant: credits, list_reports, get_report, run_keyword_report, run_domain_report and run_backlink_report. Reading is free. The run tools cost the same credits as in the app. Site audits and rank tracking are not available over MCP.

To add it to Claude Code:

Send the key as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Each key can make 100 requests a minute.
