Preferential codes

In Preferential mode, the plugin imports and updates only the products whose codes are in your list. Everything else in SmartCash is left out. Use it when the site sells a part of what you stock.

In this mode the import filters (price range, article type, stock, blocked for sale) are inactive. The list decides exactly what is imported.

Switch to Preferential

Go to SmartCash Sync > Sursa, and under Mod de sincronizare click Preferential. Confirm the question. From now on, only products from the code list are synced.

Add codes

1. In the Lista de coduri preferentiale panel, paste your codes in the Adauga EAN sau SKU box. Put one code per line. Codes separated by commas or semicolons, such as a column pasted from a CSV, also work. Duplicates are removed.

2. Click Adauga si rezolva. The plugin adds the codes and looks each one up in SmartCash.

3. Read the result, for example “3 adaugate, 2 rezolvate, 1 negasite” (added, resolved, not found).

A code with 8 or 13 digits is treated as an EAN. Anything else is treated as a SKU.

Code states

Each code in the list has a Status:

Status	Meaning
In asteptare	Waiting to be looked up
Rezolvat	Found in SmartCash
Sync ON	Found and linked to a WooCommerce product
Negasit	Not found in SmartCash

The panel header counts the rezolvate (resolved) and negasite (not found) codes. For a linked code, Vezi produsul opens the product. Sterge removes a code from the list.

Buttons

• Sincronizeaza lista acum: syncs the resolved codes now.
• Reincearca negasitele: looks up the codes that were not found again, for example after the article was added in SmartCash.

Tip

If a code stays Negasit, check that the same EAN or code exists on the article in SmartCash. The plugin searches by the full barcode first, then in the catalogue.
