Sync

The Sincronizare (Sync) tab sets what is written in WooCommerce and how often. The Dashboard shows what ran and lets you start a task by hand.

What the sync writes

On the first import, a product is created with all the data SmartCash has. New products are created as Draft, so you can check them before they go live.

For products already on the site, the switches under Ce actualizeaza sincronizarea decide which fields the plugin may overwrite at every sync. Fields that are off stay under WooCommerce’s control.

Atribute	Off	Colour, model and other attributes become WooCommerce attributes

Imagini protejate: images are never touched. The SmartCash REST API does not deliver product images.

Protect a single product

In Products, each product has two extra options:

Exclude din Magister: the product is ignored for mapping, stock and price, even if its SKU exists in SmartCash.
Stock Manual Exclusiv: the stock quantity and status can only be changed by hand from the product edit screen.

The products list also gets filters for Brand, Material, Categ. Magister and stock (Cu stoc, Fara stoc).

Schedules

Under Intervale automate:

With Dezactivat, new products are only imported when you run the task by hand.

Automatic tasks

The plugin schedules these tasks:

A newly imported product also gets its stock checked again 15 minutes, 24 hours and 48 hours after import.

SmartCash delivers data in pages: articles in pages of 5,000, stock in pages of 10,000. Each set is confirmed as received, so the next run only brings what changed.

The Dashboard

SmartCash Sync > Dashboard shows:

Sarcini automate: the Stoc, Produse and Recheck stoc 0 tasks, with Ultima rulare (last run), Urmatoarea (next run), Rezultat (what the last run did, for example “120 articole”) and a Ruleaza button. Manual runs work even when the scheduled worker is off.
Sync produs dupa cod: fetches the stock of one product by its WooCommerce ID or SKU.
Ultimele evenimente: the latest log entries.
Actiuni rapide with the Sincronizare activa switch.
Alerte with Anunta-ma cand se opreste.

Pause everything

Turn off Sincronizare activa under Actiuni rapide. All SmartCash Sync crons are removed at once and the “run now” buttons are blocked. Products already imported are not touched. Turn it back on to schedule the tasks again.

Alerts

With Anunta-ma cand se opreste on, the site admin email gets a message when the stock sync has not run for twice its interval, or when no shop is included any more. After an alert, the next one waits at least 6 hours.

Product behaviour

Under Comportament produse:

Auto-publica la stoc: a Draft product is published when it receives stock. Off by default.
Draft instant la stoc 0: a product goes to Draft as soon as its stock is 0. It is ignored while gradual SEO withdrawal is on.
Jurnal detaliat: detailed logging. Turn it on only while you investigate a problem.

Import filters

Under Filtre. These work only in Total mode. They control which new articles come in. They never delete products already on the site.

Green tax (Taxa Verde) and packaging (Ambalaj) articles are rarely products you sell on the site.

Gradual SEO withdrawal

Under Retragere graduala la stoc 0. Instead of disappearing suddenly, a product at stock 0 goes through these stages in order:

Stoc 0, pe site: it stays published and indexable, marked “Stoc epuizat” (out of stock).
Noindex after a number of days (default 14): still visible on the site, but removed from Google with a noindex meta robots tag.
Draft after a number of days (default 30): the product leaves the site. With Redirect 301 catre categoria parinte la trecerea in Draft on, its address redirects to the parent category.

Days are counted from the last stock update. Any stock above 0 received from SmartCash brings the product back to normal, published and indexable, from any stage.

Keep the 301 redirect on. Without it, existing links and results left in Google lead to a 404 page. The target is the primary category set in Yoast or Rank Math if there is one, then the first category, then the shop page.

Gradual withdrawal is off by default. The panel shows how many products are in each stage right now.

Starting the sync

Something has to wake the sync up. There are three ways.

WP-Cron

Works from the start, but only runs when someone opens a page. On a site with little traffic, the intervals slip.

External cron

Recommended. A private address, protected by a key, starts the sync directly:

task is stock, products or recheck. Copy the ready-made lines from Diagnostic > Pornire directa, which already contain your key.

In cPanel, open Cron Jobs and add a job running every 5 minutes for stock. Paste the whole line from Cron cPanel, stoc (job separat) into the Command field:

Add a second job for products, with the line from Cron cPanel, produse (job separat).
Optional: stop the internal WP-Cron from running too, by adding this to wp-config.php:

The cron can run often. The sync only starts when the interval set in the plugin has passed. Add &force=1 to skip that check.

The address answers with:
