The problem

One clickcan stop the orders.

Updates pile up because nobody wants to break the store. Then someone clicks "Update all" on the live site, late on a Friday, and the checkout goes white.

We wrote the plugin we use.

An update clears the page cache, so the next visitors wait. Uruz walks your sitemap and warms every page again, then keeps it warm. It stays on your store after we leave.

Questions

Beforeyou ask.

Why not just turn on auto-updates?

Auto-updates run on the live store with nobody watching. Most are fine; the one that is not stops your checkout. We test on a copy first.

What if an update breaks something anyway?

We roll back from the backup taken just before, then fix it on the copy. That is why the restore test matters.

Do we need to move hosting?

No. We work with the host you have. If the host is the problem, we tell you why and what a move would cost.

What counts as a small fix?

Text, a broken layout, a plugin setting, an email template. Anything bigger gets its own quote before we start.

Can we cancel?

Any month, with no fee. You keep the backups and every change we made.

Do you work on Shopify or Wix?

No. Only WordPress and WooCommerce.
