Three screens, one job each
The editor is the whole free plugin. The other two exist because recategorising a catalogue breaks things that nothing in WooCommerce warns you about.
Category editor
Every category as a card, hierarchy intact. Six fields each, live character counts against the 60 and 160 marks, and a count at the top of how many have no SEO title yet. Hide the fields you are not using and the rest get the width.
Primary category audit
The primary category drives your breadcrumb and your Product schema, and nothing warns you when it points somewhere silly. Finds three cases: primary on a sale category, no primary at all, and primary on a category the product has left. Fix one row or the whole list.
Products & categories
Copy or move a selection between categories, append a global attribute without overwriting what is there, set the primary category on hundreds of products, and re-parent the tree with loop protection.

Writing category SEO in WooCommerce means opening one category, scrolling past the thumbnail and the display type to reach the SEO fields, saving, going back. Then again. The work is not hard, it is just laid out badly.

Nothing in the free plugin is a countdown or a crippled control. Pro adds the screens that write back across the catalogue.

Detected at runtime, with no setting to pick. Names, slugs and descriptions work with none of them installed; only the SEO fields need somewhere to save to. Yoast has no per-term nofollow, so that control hides rather than pretending to save.
Questions
Before you buy
Will changing a slug break my URLs?
Yes, the same way changing it in WooCommerce would. The editor flags the field as soon as you type in it, and the save notice counts how many URLs now need a 301. Pro registers the redirect for you.
Does the CSV import create categories?
No. It matches existing categories on term ID, falling back to slug, and updates the description, SEO title, meta description and robots. It never creates and never renames. A CSV without a robots column leaves robots alone.
Is anything sent anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your own site. The only call home is the Pro licence check, and it carries the key and your domain, nothing else. The free plugin makes no calls at all.
What happens when the plan ends?
The yearly plan keeps working with updates paused. The monthly plan switches the Pro screens off until you renew; the free editor and everything you saved stay exactly as they are.
