Where it started
Brainrune makes WordPress and WooCommerce tools, and does the work to set them up. It started on stores we run ourselves: tracking that lost orders, a cache that went cold on mobile, parcels the customer could not follow. We fixed each one there first, kept it running, and only then turned it into a plugin.

How we think
Every plugin started as a problem on a store we own and operate. It ran there before it reached yours.
The free cores live on WordPress.org. Pro adds what busy stores need, not what was taken out of free.
We say whether something is worth fixing, including when the honest answer is no.
